| 1) Who can become a member of IGSMA?
Can anyone join or are there restrictions?

1) Any Elementary, Middle or Jr. High School can become a member school.
The membership fee for a school is $ 75.00. There are no additional fees to be a member of the IGSMA. However, there are entry fees involved with entering your students or organization in contests conducted by the IGSMA.

2) IGSMA offers solo & ensemble contest and organization contest for students at both the District and State level.
For contest information at the district level, check out the Districts page for your district for pertinent information about your district.
You can also check out the Contest Dates & Sites page which will include State Contest Dates and Sites.
Don't for get to read the Rules for State Contest page. Most of those rules apply to District contest.
